It is hereby notified that the 11th Annual General Body Meeting (“AGM”) of the Bangalore Apartments’ Federation (“BAF”) for the year 2024-25 will be held on Sunday, August 10th , 2025 at 9.30AM. The meeting will be followed by lunch.
AGENDA
Hareesh Sivaraman is an entrepreneur and activist actively working to resolve ambiguities in property ownership in Karnataka including apartment ownership. He was also part of BAF Governing Council from 2018 to 2023 as Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Head of Legal team. He played crucial role in defending BAF member apartments in NGT as well as Supreme Court regarding bellandur lake issue. He also published a note on legal issues faced by apartments in Karnataka regarding property ownership as well as suggestions to resolve them and presented to Government. He lead the legal team that drafted present BAF bylaws. Presently, pursuing the cause independently.
